Senator Duncan requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 35(FIN) be taken up. The                           
resolution was before the Senate on reconsideration.                           
                                                                               
President Miller requested that Senator Taylor serve as President pro          
tempore.                                                                       
                                                                               
President pro tempore Taylor returned to the floor. President Miller           
returned as presiding officer.                                                 
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered: Shall CS FOR SENATE JOINT                     
RESOLUTION NO. 35(FIN) Proposing an amendment to the                           
Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to participation in an            
abortion, pass the Senate? The roll was taken with the following
